Triples Hi, Yukiyo. It's nice having someone to practice my English with. Your energy increases to 10 points each day. You merely wait, and your energy increases.

There are also some mushrooms in the Forest that increase your energy. There is one kind that is poisonous and one kind that is good, so look out.
